About Us
How We Started
Started by two childhood friends, Steve W and Steve S and their love of beer. Two Steves Brewing is a brewery in the making that currently is a gypsy brewer. A future brewery of our own in the planning stages. All of our beers still all begin on our 1/2 barrel pilot brewery and scale up to the equipment available. Currently we are brewing on a 7 BBL system!

The really cool thing about being a gypsy brewery is we can allow our free spirit mentality to flow. E-mail us or give us a call to find out what really cool location our Happy Hour is at this coming Friday and Saturday!

Batch 17 IPA
6%ABV 46IBU
This is NOT your "one hour" 1998 IPA. Full of citrus, gooseberry, passion fruit flavors with just a touch of pine. Smooth year around!
Batch 18 IPA
6.6ABV 65IBU
Citrus with a punch of grapefruit. Bitter and refreshing all at the same time. It's hard NOT to have another!!
Rye-son Saison
6.3%ABV 60IBU
Bright clear crisp Rye based saison. Hints of pepper and lemon. Dry but leaves your tongue clean! Experimental Lemon Hops from Yakima Valley!
Raceway Strangler Stout
5.5%ABV 36IBU
Irish stout that we LOVE to make black and tans using our double IPA! Toasty and smooth. GREAT on a warm summers day or on a cold winters night!
Outrigger Red Ale

Malty goodness! Exactly what you expect in a Irish Red Ale!
Pale Mike Pale Ale
5.4%ABV 25IBU
This is what we refer to as our PLager. Part lager, part pale ale. This has become the gateway to craft beer for all those that say they would never drink it!
Old Mild Steve

We know what you're thinking and get over it.. DRINK THE BROWN ALE. Once you try this Old Mid you will become a believer!

Tether Monkey IPA

Double IPA brewed nearly every fall and winter. Make a most excellent black and tan using Raceway Strangler. Warrior, Cascade, Centenial, Citra and SImcoe hops.
Tri Citra Wheat
5.8% 30IBU
Brewed initially for one of our daughters wedding. Tending more towards a hef that you want to put a orange in. Light and refreshing summer beer/
Blueberry Wheat
5.9%ABV 28IBU
A wheat beer with copious amounts of Maine blueberries. Blue and crystal clear. Pull up a chair, you can't get there from here!
Coffee Time ESB
7%ABV 30IBU
This is the beer that will calm you down and perk you up! A great ESB but the same amount of caffeine per glass as a cup of coffee! Smooth and delicious. I dare you to figure out where the beer ends and the coffee starts!
Wilson 7 Russian Imperial Stout

Aged on bourbon oak with chocolate and toffee aromas. This is one beer that ages so well that it is sought after year anfter year. DOn't wait, when this beer is release it goes FAST!
